Kate Middleton (aka maternity fashion guru and philanthropist extraordinaire) turns 36 today. While 2017 was quite a year for the soon-to-be mom of three, the Duchess of Cambridge has no intention of slowing down during 2018 and her 36th year. In honor of the duchess’s birthday, here are five royal milestones that lie ahead of Kate in 2018.

1. Princess Charlotte Starts Nursery School

Sure, Princess Charlotte may have already hit this milestone, but Kate’s adorable outfit choice for Char is a feat in itself.

2. The Royal Tour of Norway & Sweden

Prince William and Kate will kick off the 2018 royal tour in Stockholm on January 30 and conclude their travels in Oslo on February 2. If this excursion is anything like last year’s, then Kate will most definitely bring her fashion A-game.

3. Prince Harry & Meghan Markle’s Royal Wedding

Here’s what we know so far: Unfortunately, Kate probably won’t be a bridesmaid, but we do know that she will don a spectacular hat (per royal tradition). Nevertheless, we can’t wait to see what she comes up with for the ceremony.

4. The Royal Air Force's Centennial Anniversary

On April 1, the Royal Air Force will celebrate its 100th anniversary. (Kate’s effortless yet flawless style guaranteed.)

5. Baby No. 3’s Arrival

The royal couple’s third child is due in April 2018. Let the gender-cum-potential-name games begin.
