Kylie Jenner sat down for an interview with Harper’s Bazaar and detailed everything she eats in a day as well as her favorite at-home workouts! It’s no secret that the reality star, 26, has a sculpted figure, and she told the outlet that she loves working out in her house the most, rather than a gym.

“I never find myself in a gym, I find myself on the floor of my bedroom, looking up on Google or Pinterest workouts doing abs, lunges, squats, all that good stuff,” Jenner said to the publication.

What Kylie Jenner Has Shared About Her Favorite At-Home Workouts And Healthy Dieting

In June 2022, Jenner shared with her followers that she was facing "tons" of postpartum "back and knee pain" following the birth of her now-1-year-old son, Aire Webster.

"[I]t slows down my workouts," she explained in an Instagram Story post at the time, along with a boomerang video of her walking on a treadmill. But, Jenner explained that she's been "on a mission to get strong again," since.

In the 2020 Harper's Bazaar interview, the Kylie Cosmetics founder also expressed her affinity for healthy foods and drinks like celery juice, sushi, peach tea, bone broth, tacos, pomegranate seeds, enchiladas, rice and lemon chicken with vegetables when it comes to her diet.

She also noted that her home is "peanut-free" and devoid of "most nuts" since her daughter Stormi Webster, 5, is allergic to them. Jenner shares her two children with on-again, off-again ex Travis Scott.

Jenner, who is often transparent with her fans about her diet and exercise plans with video posts, also said she "loves the salads and tuna sandwiches" from chain, Health Nut, and also sometimes treats herself to a double cheeseburger, fries and Coca-Cola from In-N-Out.

She also revealed, to many fans' surprise, that she is also a "big snacker," often indulging in "Barbecue potato chips from Lay's, chili cheese-flavored Fritos and extra cheesy Goldfish."

Although the Kardashians star is an avid fan of snacks, she did share a comical way that she prevents herself from snacking too much. "I avoid late-night cravings because I lock myself in my bedroom, I turn on my TV, I get really comfortable and I pre-slice an apple by my bed," she said.

She added: "Since I'm really comfortable, I'm too lazy, probably, to go down to the kitchen, so my only choice is this apple. That is how I swerve my late-night cravings." (Seems to be paying off and working for her!)
