Each villa within Anahita’s dedicated residential community, called Beau Champ, is designed with its own architectural style; no two homes look alike. This particular property spans 9,150 square feet and has five bedrooms and five bathrooms. It was built by a renowned architect and co-designed and furnished by a series of international designers who worked together to create a spacious sanctuary inspired by a superyacht, with clean lines, lots of glass, various shades of blue inspired by the ocean, and a trove of bespoke furnishings.
Situated on a slightly elevated parcel, the home overlooks both the fairway and lagoon. Despite its contemporary style, the home is clearly inspired by the island through the choice of colors and materials. Vast panes of glass and large bay windows—designed and built specifically for this villa—welcome the surrounding views and create a distinct indoor-outdoor feel. There are various shades of blue throughout, which echo the surrounding ocean, and a strategic use of locally sourced organic materials. For example, large volcanic rocks peek through the curved glass island in the kitchen, while a fortified branch and stone hoist up a desk in the office.
The grand entrance sets the tone for the house with a double-height ceiling and an impressive staircase, plus large windows that look directly over the pool. The living and gathering areas are certainly commodious, but furnished to make residents and guests alike feel at home. No detail was left to chance. The designer chef’s kitchen is outfitted with Gaggenau appliances, and there is also an industrial back kitchen and outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, pizza oven, smoking machine, and beer tap.
The lower level was built for entertainment with a large, tiled hammam; a large gym; a walk-in wine cellar with a window looking into the pool; and a movie theater that transforms into a disco. Outside has a beautiful swimming pool, expansive lawn space, and, should that not be enough, a rooftop terrace with its own bar and picture-perfect views of the 15th fairway. The home is fully automated with the latest technology and additionally offers an elevator, a double garage, and plenty of additional parking.
