'Home Town' Star Ben Napier Is Unrecognizable In Throwback Photo On IG

Ben Napier—of Home Town Takeover fame—posted the most adorable throwback snap on Instagram.
In the post, the 39-year-old HGTV star showed off his school photo from grade school.
“That time I showed up to picture day knowing I was gonna stunt cause I’d just gotten new eyeglasses just like my granddaddy’s. Lookin fresh to death with my #BugleBoy shirt tucked in,” he captioned the photo.

Immediately, fans began flocking to his comments section to acknowledge the photo and share funny school picture day stories of their own. “This made me literally laugh out loud. Cute little Benjamin. 😂,” one fan commented. “Omg I’ve been teaching elementary school for 25 years now and I swear any kid that has to get glasses becomes my instant pet,” another fan shared. “And I always wear my ugly 'Pam from The Office' glasses at least once so they know ➡️ it ain’t no death sentence. Glad to see you made out ok Ben! 🙌🙌” “What a handsome man you turned out to be and a wonderful, smart, caring, husband and father!! Way to go,” another fan exclaimed.
This isn’t the first time Ben has shared a photo from his childhood, though. Back in 2021, he posted a family photo in honor of his little brother and sister-in-law coming on the show. While he didn’t have glasses in the photo, fans were still quick to comment on the retro relic.
Needless to say, I want to see more from Ben's childhood!
