These Home Cooks Are Slaying #cook90 on Instagram

Epi's annual cooking challenge, #cook90, is now in full swing, and we have the Instagram posts to prove it. If you're new to #cook90, all you have to know is that it's a New Year, New Cook program that involves cooking 90 meals in 31 days—in other words, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, every day. How do people do it? Let these 'grammers show you.

This is how @raefried_beans does "simple spaghetti" after a long day's work. Since it's so simple, she shouldn't mind having all of us over to eat it, right?

When #cook90 says "make beans," @rhodaboonefood goes the extra mile and does ribollita.

@graceelkus made chips from flour tortillas? And then turned those tortillas into chilaquiles? Or so it appears. Whatever she did, it looks amazing.

Two kinds of beets, three kinds of citrus, and endless applause from us—that's how @practicemakesbreakfast does #cook90.

Lots and lots of respect to @lifeofalittletree, who emphatically does not skimp on the za'tar.

@ktotheyeung put her shrimp over a cauliflower puree, and now cauliflower everywhere is begging to meet the same fate.

Okay so @marionbrew basically already won #cook90 thanks to this gorgeous loaf of bread.

Then again, @mariannemcewen made her own bread, and then made this killer grilled cheese with it. It's a tie?
