As a professional online shopper (yes, I love my job), I can definitively say that I am great at shopping. I can sniff out a good deal from miles away and tend to have roughly 728 products in my cart at any given time. So, let me help you build your online shopping cart. Whether you’re shopping for major sale events like Prime Day or just upgrading your wardrobe, I’ll always give you the must-have picks.
We all know it’s a given that the best part of the holidays is spending time with your loved ones, followed by so, so many cookies. Next, though, is shopping for holiday gifts for those loved ones — and, of course, asking Santa for a couple of gifts for yourself.
But figuring out what holiday gifts to put on your wishlist is kinda hard. Since I spend all my working hours shopping, I’ve already curated the holiday gifts from Santa that I’m hoping are under the tree this year. Believe me, it took a lot of brain power, but I’m not one to gatekeep.
Without further ado, please peruse (and copy) all of the holiday gifts on my wishlist this year. Here’s hoping Saint Nick pulls through.
I’ve owned and loved my large kate spade wallet for at least a decade (you know the one). My grievance is that I can’t fit it in any small going-out purse, so I usually throw my credit card, ID and some cash into a side pocket and hope for the best. This kate spade slim card holder is long overdue.
NUXE Huile Prodigieuse Multi Usage Dry Oil, $29.20 (Orig. $45)
This luxurious French pharmacy staple has long been a beauty editor favorite. Besides feeling like you’re the ultimate chic fashion girl, this dry body and hair oil smells like heaven and lasts forever. I finally ran out of the bottle I bought in Paris five years ago, and (thankfully) you can buy the affordable French beauty staple on Amazon.
Outlander 4-Copy Boxed Set: Outlander, Dragonfly in Amber, Voyager, Drums of Autumn, $23.49 ($39.96)
After five hit seasons, I’ve finally hopped on the Outlander train. Obviously, I’m obsessed and madly in love with Jamie, so I desperately need the books to tide me over until the next season drops.
I’m a sucker for anything Hill House Home and am obsessed with this darling print. This super convenient tumbler is perfect for taking on the go without ruining my cute outfit.
Selkie Princess Dress, $249
My very dear friends just got engaged (yay!), and they’re throwing a hybrid New Year’s Eve and engagement party to celebrate. The dress code is festive and sparkly — and nothing in my closet is inspiring me. This Selkie dress, however, is the perfect mix of fun, festive and sparkly(ish) thanks to the star details. I already have the perfect pair of shoes in my closet: These platforms from Hill House Home.
Viral jewelry brand Mejuri is known for its gold vermeil, which is made of 18k solid gold on sterling silver for a long-lasting gold shine at a fraction of the price. The well-made necklaces are a little expensive, so I’m opting for a timeless layered bar necklace that will never go out of style.
My bed is my favorite place to be, but that doesn’t mean I can’t make it fancy. This pajama set turns sleep into a straight-up party.
The Nori Press, $120
I have approximately 1,782 weddings coming up in 2023, and not every hotel has an iron or steamer. The portable (and oh-so-cute) Nori Press is designed to easily press, steam and refresh your clothes. The best part? No board, leakage or frustrating headaches included.
My Longchamp Le Pliage Tote has been my trusted companion since 2011, but it’s time for a trendier upgrade. I’m dying to use this backpack.
Mach & Mach Leather Bow Mules With Anklet, $697 (Orig. $995)
These delicate bow Mach & Mach pumps have been in my dreams since I first saw them. Luckily, they are on sale right now — even though they’re still expensive. That’s why I specifically asked Santa for this splurge because he’s known to make magic happen, right? Right?
Totally kidding! But also definitely not. Seriously, this is a joke. I mean, I’m not, not not joking. 🙂
