This New Holiday Film Starring Heather Graham and Brandy Has Become the #1 Movie on Netflix

Each year, the list of holiday films to choose from only grows, and Netflix is giving us another new festive flick with the star-studded comedy, Best. Christmas. Ever!

Starring Heather Graham, Brandy, Jason Biggs and Matt Cedeño, the film arrived to Netflix on Thursday, November 16, and in a matter of only two days, it quickly rose to the top spot on the site's list of most-watched movies.

Directed by Mary Lambert (A Castle for Christmas) and written by Charles Shyer (The Parent Trap) and Todd Gallicano, the comedy follows Charlotte (Graham) and Rob Sanders (Biggs), a couple living a modest life and gearing up to celebrate the holiday season. However, Charlotte is feeling cynical about Christmas when she gets a letter from her college friend Jackie Jennings (Brandy), who seems to lead a perfect life with her husband, Valentino (Cedeño).

In a surprise turn of events, Charlotte's family ends up making a visit to Jackie’s house and they all get snowed in. And while she's there, Charlotte makes it her mission to dig up any sort of dirt that she can find on Jackie's family.

Best. Christmas. Ever! is the first of a collection of new holiday films that are coming to Netflix in 2023. Following the comedic flick, the streaming service will also drop Christmas As Usual on December 6 and YOH’ Christmas on December 15. In the past, the streaming service has been known for its popular holiday films like The Princess Switch and Falling for Christmas.
