Wait, did the lifestyle guru just make their bond permanent or is this a Super Bowl teaser? We need answers.

Martha Stewart has gotten her first tattoo—and it’s a tribute to her very best friend.

Fans are likely aware that the lifestyle guru and Snoop Dogg are thicker than thieves, but she just made their friendship that much more permanent.

On Feb. 10, the 81-year-old shocked her followers by unveiling a massive and snooptastic tattoo on her upper left arm.

In the snap, as she looked on lovingly at the tattoo artist, our eyes were drawn to the rapper’s face on her skin, which also featured the words “My Dogg” written in calligraphy right underneath.

“Thanks for the amazing tattoo @scottcampbell,” she began in the caption, adding, “Forever linked in ink to my favorite @snoopdogg.”

Naturally, the post elicited a pretty vocal response from her 1.8 million followers who demanded answers. And honestly, we'd like some too.

Some suggested it was surely fake or done using nonpermanent ink, others considered it to be a prank between Stewart and Snoop Dogg, while others predicted that it was a bit for an upcoming Super Bowl commercial.

The latter seems the most likely, and in that case, I’m even more excited for Sunday.

Snoop Dogg, however, already stars in a Super Bowl ad this year to promote Skechers shoes, with Stewart even making a brief cameo toward the end of the clip to scold him for putting his shoes on a White House desk.

Could this be a teaser for part two?

The comment section filled up rather quickly, with Christie Brinkley writing, “Oh Martha‼️I LOVE that for you‼️💘” and Grey’s Anatomy star Ellen Pompeo adding, “Just when I thought I couldn’t love you more.”

Others praised Stewart for “finally getting one,” as another fan suggested that he really hopes it's real.

And then there was the fan who echoed our exact sentiment: “I don’t even care if this is fake, I am LIVING for it!”

Stewart’s friendship with the 51-year-old rapper started when he appeared on The Martha Stewart Show in 2008. They began an online banter until Stewart revealed she wished they were “closer friends” during a Reddit AMA. Since then, they’ve been almost inseparable.

Snoop has yet to weigh in on the epic tattoo, but it's very clear that not only is Stewart the queen of thirst traps, she might just be the coolest 81-year-old on the block.
