All these numbers are before Hogwarts Legacy releases on Xbox One in April and Nintendo Switch on July 25, 2023.

In a statement from Warner Bros. Discovery, the company notes that "There has been an increase of global franchise fan engagement overall with Wizarding World Digital garnering 300% higher traffic over the normal monthly unique visitor average for the first 10 days of February." The game features an original story that was first featured in the Harry Potter books that place the players at the center of the Wizarding World in the 1800s, discovering their own adventures through ancient magic.
