Hoda Kotb Dishes on Coming Back to 'Today' in New Instagram With Jenna Bush Hager
Today show star Hoda Kotb posted some adorable Instagrams of her and Jenna Bush Hager on Tuesday.
Hoda explained in her Instagram caption that she "can't wait" to return to Today and be "reunited" with Jenna.
Hoda has been out on maternity leave since announcing she adopted her second baby girl named Hope Catherine in April.
Hoda update alert: Today show fans heard from Hoda Kotb on Instagram yesterday, and by the sounds of it, the fourth-hour co-star is seriously missing her gig with Jenna Bush Hager.
As Hoda's Instagram pictures show, she took some time away from her new baby girl, Hope Catherine, to celebrate Jenna's pregnancy with other Today show family members, including Sheinelle Jones. Jenna is currently pregnant with her third baby (a boy!) and is due in late July/early August.
Beyond toasting to Jenna's first son, Hoda also made it clear that she's excited to get back to her job at Today after being on maternity leave since April.

"Saw my girl @jennabhager today... celebrating her baby #3! Loved seeing her face.. can’t wait to be reunited again on tv too!" Hoda wrote.
Hoda's post is a sigh of relief for many of her fans who have been asking non-stop about when she would be coming back to the show. Still, neither Hoda nor Today has yet announced a set return date, which means fans will just have to sit tight for the time being.
When Hoda does come back though, she will only have limited time with Jenna, who will probably go on her maternity leave soon after. With that being said, Hoda won't be totally alone. Just as Today with Hoda and Jenna has been doing since April, Hoda will likely have other guest co-hosts, such as Meredith Vieira or Willie Geist, join her here and there.
But that's not the only adjustment Today will have to make in the months to come. Third-hour co-host Dylan Dreyer recently announced that she is having a baby boy in January, as well, which will be her second. Chances are, she will also be out for three months or so early next year.
So much change is happening at Today ... but all of it is good!
