Ho, Ho, Ho! You Can Now Tour Santa's House on Zillow

Ah, Santa Claus—bearer of gifts, jolliest man on earth and… real estate mogul? Apparently, according to Zillow, which recently valued his North Pole abode at a staggering $710,559.

Santa’s vintage log house is just as welcoming and cozy as you would expect with a floor-to-ceiling river rock fireplace (for roasting chestnuts, natch), an oven with 12 different cookie settings and a dining room that offers hot cocoa on tap. This “toy lover’s paradise” has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus a community of elf tiny homes and a state-of-the-art toy-making facility.

Last year, the 2,500-square-foot North Pole dwelling was valued at $650,000, but those savvy Clauses made some renovations and improvements (including lofted ceilings, an open floor plan and a garage expansion for the sleigh) that increased the price estimate. Clearly, the cheerful duo enjoys Property Brothers as much as we do.

Sure, the location might not be ideal for your daily commute, but hot chocolate on tap? We just might make an offer if it comes on the market. Take a 3-D tour of the home and the surrounding Elf Village here.
