Hisense is a great brand, but don't just take our word for it — Amazon shoppers have called the H8 a "really nice TV" with a "beautiful picture, and a rich sound quality." Another reviewer calls out its "great picture quality, inky blacks and bright highlights...Usually skeptical about buying off-brand TVs as my main TV but Hisense definitely has stepped up their game."

This reviewer reports: "The colors that this thing produces are insane. Brights are really popping and blacks are inky black. This looks in my opinion as good as an OLED for 99% of the content you would consume."

Reviewers also had kind things to say about its sound quality, with one even asserting there's "no need for a soundbar." And another shopper compliments the set's "Crisp clear audio. Can really give soundbars a run for their money."
