Move over, Lizzie. Hilary Duff has arrived. If you haven't seen the latest Women's Health cover, then it's time to come up from under that rock you've been hiding. The actress is gracing the cover of the May/June 2022 issue completely nude, and let me tell ya—she's serving up some *major* glow.

For her cover story in the Women's Health 'Naked' issue, Hilary opened up about finally learning to love her body regardless of Hollywood's picture-perfect standards—something that hasn't always been so easy for her. "I’m proud of my body. I’m proud that it’s produced three children for me. I’ve gotten to a place of being peaceful with the changes my body has gone through," she tells Women's Health.

But, being the relatable girl she is, Hilary also wants us to know that she doesn't wake up with that glow you see in her pictures. "I want people to know a makeup artist was there putting glow all over my body and someone put me in the most flattering position," she posted in the caption of her Instagram post revealing the cover.

And if like me, you also need to know how to achieve this glow (which Hilary called the no make-up/make-up look, btw!) at home, listen up. Hilary's makeup artist, Kelsey Deenihan Fisher, revealed the exact product she used to give Hilary that shimmer and shine: The Sol de Janeiro GlowMotions Glow Oil in Rio Sunset, which she mixed with some sunscreen spray.

The shimmer glow oil is made with nourishing, hydrating ingredients like cupuacu butter, acai, and coconut oil to hydrate the skin, restore its elasticity, soften it, and treat it with powerful antioxidants that keep the skin looking good. It also happens to smell heavenly—like a chocolatey coconut cupcake.

Though Hilary used the Rio Sunset shade, it's available in two other shades, including Copacabana Bronze, which creates a dewy, coppery finish, and Carnaval Queen, which has a pinkish hue. And, if you're trying to prioritize using more SPF, you're in luck! The brand even just launched an SPF oil that's deff going to be a holy grail in my summer body care routine.

Ready for show-stopping beach and summer dates? Don't leave your glow oil behind. I know I'm getting it in all three colors!
