With her adorable kids, Banks and Luca, off to sleep, actress Hilary Duff found the perfect opportunity for some "me time." Hilary shared her nighttime ritual to Instagram Stories, along with the haircare and skincare products she uses to maintain that youthful glow. (I mean, she still looks like she did on Lizzie McGuire after all these years.)

The first step in her self-care routine: tending to her new look. Hilary recently traded in her signature blonde locks for some bright blue tresses. Instead of using a regular bottle of shampoo, she washed her hair with a soap-free shampoo bar from one of her favorite companies, Odacité. "I guess soap's not great for your hair, and I'm gonna try it out," she said in the post. The bar is made with coconut, argan, and castor oil to deliver and seal in moisture.

Despite being sure that it might affect her dye job, Hilary then treated her hair to the Ouai Treatment Mask. "This will prob pull a ton of the blue out ... but my hair needs the love!" The treatment mask is designed to treat damaged hair using ingredients like artichoke leaf extract, which provides it with a sheer protective layer, and tamarind seed extract which promotes hydration.

After finishing up with her hair, Hilary then moved on to her favorite body care products, which include the Restorative Body Wash from Esker Beauty for cleansing, Glycelene's Pink Sands of Sahara Moroccan Body Polish for exfoliation and as a moisturizer, Glycelene's Glisten Body Balm in French Lavender. All three products used plant-based ingredients to clean, nourish and hydrate skin.

Hilary ended her pampering session by dropping her facial skincare go-to: the Resurfacing BHA Glow Mask from Tata Harper. The mask uses natural BHA from white willow bark extract to exfoliate the skin and minimize the look of pores.

That's all it takes for you to prep your own Hilary Duff-approved spa session at home. Most of Hilary's go-to products are under $50, so don't worry about breaking the bank.
