Hilary Duff’s New Haircut is a Throwback
Big things are going on for Hilary Duff. The New season of Younger premieres in just under two weeks, she recently got engaged to her longtime boyfriend Matthew Koma, and, to round out the holy trinity, she just got bangs! Duff posted a photo of her retro look to Instagram on Friday, showing off the new wispy addition to the top of her head.
“Well @nikkilee901 came thru with these fly 70s summer bangers and @allanface face painted me up right and @highheelprncess got me this gorgeous flowing dress with some sassy ass boots,” she wrote. “Mama feeling good.”
Perhaps Duff was inspired by her recent role in The Haunting of Sharon Tate where she starred as the late actress and embraced the flowing style of the 70s, bouncing blonde locks and all.
Duff documented her haircut via Instagram stories, singing the praises of her stylist Nikki Lee who instead of talking Duff off the bang ledge, embraced Duff and her journey.
“She loves me,” she wrote. “I give her so much stress and she’s still willing to give me a bang.”
Lee seems to be supportive of the outcome however, posting four different photos of Duff’s new cut to her own Instagram.
“70’s summer banger!” she captioned it. “@hilaryduff Killin it today for @youngertv press!”
