Hilaria Baldwin says she is “doing better” after revealing that she suffered a miscarriage earlier this week, her second this year.

On Saturday, the author and yoga teacher, who has four children with husband Alec Baldwin (Carmen, 6, Rafael Thomas, 4, Leonardo Angel Charles, 3, and Romeo Alejandro David, 17 months) aired her feelings on Instagram Stories.

“Little update: I’m doing better,” wrote Hilaria, 35. “I have my moments when I feel better, then I have moments when I will get really sad. But I feel like time and healing and everyone’s support is helping me. Spending time with my babies and husband helps so much. I’m so lucky to have them.”

Hilaria ended with a statement in support of other women experiencing the same issue. “My heart goes out to those of you who suffer like this without support,” she wrote. “You are true warriors. I send you my love and admiration.”

Hilaria revealed the miscarriage on Monday, sharing that she was “devastated.”

“We are very sad to share that today we learned that our baby passed away at 4 months,” Baldwin wrote in an Instagram post. “We also want you to know that even though we are not ok right now, we will be. We are so lucky with our 4 healthy babies—and we will never lose sight of this.”

Hilaria underwent a D&C procedure this week, after which, she posted an Instagram selfie. “Eyes swollen from crying, groggy from anesthesia, crampy from the surgery … but I made it and I want you to know that I’m physically ok. I’m grateful for my family, friends, doctors and nurses, and all of you who have held my hand through this difficult time. You have no idea how much this means to me.”

She added, “One foot in front of the other...now I begin the healing journey.”

Hilaria suffered her first miscarriage back in April. After announcing on Instagram that she was “most likely” experiencing one, her physician confirmed her suspicions.

“There was no heartbeat today at my scan...so it’s over...but I have some pretty strong and amazing heartbeats right here,” the mom later wrote on Instagram, captioning a photo of her husband and children. “I am surrounded by such love and I feel so fortunate.”
