Highlight of the year? Stanley tumblers now come in neon colors — get them while they're still in stock

Stanley tumbler in four neon colors (Stanley)
Now is not the time to take a chill pill: Stanley just released its famous tumbler in four neon colors, and there's no telling how long they'll stay in stock. (Stanley)

Anytime Stanley offers its famous 40-ounce cup in a new color, it's big news. So far in 2024, the brand has released over 14 new colors of its Quencher H2.0 Flowstate Tumbler, each time causing a bit of mayhem in stores and online. So get ready: Its brightest hues yet are out now. Stanley's neon collection dropped on Tuesday, and as of this writing, all four colors were still in stock.

Stanley's bold hues will give you all the righteous '80s feels. Each color is paired with a black handle and lid.

Embrace your inner '80s baby, because the new Stanleys come in neon green, pink, yellow and orange in the 40-ounce and 30-ounce sizes. You can also customize the green and pink tumblers with your monogram, favorite quote or even some favorite song lyrics — get creative!

The neon expands beyond the brand's viral tumblers. You can also score the bold hues in Stanley's IceFlow Flip Straw Tumbler, Legendary Bottle, Adventure Pre-Party Flask and Adventure Stacking Beer Pint. (The Classic Legendary Useful Lunchbox is also available in neon colors, but it's sold out.)

Additionally, it seems that Stanley released two more limited-edition neon 40-ounce tumblers exclusively at Dick's Sporting Goods: white and black, both with neon handles, lids and straws. While they're still available on Dick's website, people are already selling them secondhand for up to $90 online.

New to the Stanley craze? Fans love the recycled stainless steel cups for a few reasons: Their handles make them easy to carry, the easy-to-sip-from straws lock into place, and the tumblers fit into most car cupholders despite their considerable size. Plus, they keep drinks cold (or hot) for hours thanks to double-wall vacuum insulation.

More than 3,900 people on Stanley's website give these tumblers five stars. "Obsessed is an understatement," one wrote. "I love these cups. 10/10 recommend."

"Got two of these," wrote another five-star fan. "One travels in the car and on the job site with me and the other stays at home. Ice will last all day and then some unless you refill several times a day like I do. I put cold water in from the cooler and even without ice, it stays perfectly cold until I finish drinking it ... I've left it overnight in the car with ice and water and still had plenty of ice in the morning."

Fair warning: Despite their price tag, fans like Yahoo's Julia Webb note that Stanleys aren't completely leakproof, and they can be heavy when they're filled to the brim. But that doesn't seem to be deterring buyers.

"I was a Yeti girl, but not anymore!" wrote another shopper, who also shared a photo of 11 Stanley tumblers. "I absolutely love my Stanley cups (as you can see by my collection)."

If 40 ounces seems like overkill, the brand's 30-ounce tumbler is also up for grabs in neon, including this bodacious bright pink.
