When the Instant Pot exploded in popularity a few years ago, Ree Drummond was not immediately sold. "I tend to be a little resistant to new kitchen equipment," Ree told Delish ahead of her new product launch. "I usually think the tried and true Dutch oven is the way to go."

But when her best friend, Hyacinth Kane-who frequently appears on The Pioneer Woman's show-bought her one for her birthday last year, she obviously had to try it out. "Once I understood what it was about and how much time it can save, I was really hooked," she says.

Fast forward a year and a half and Ree now has her own Instant Pot, available starting September 15 exclusively at Walmart stores and on Walmart.com. The $99 Instant Pot functions as a pressure cooker, slow cooker, rice cooker, sauteer, steamer, and warmer, and comes in two vintage floral designs.

Each Instant Pot comes with a booklet of Pioneer Woman recipes, including her absolute favorite thing to make in a pressure cooker: hard boiled eggs. "It's impossible to hard boil eggs in an Instant Pot and not have them peel perfectly," she says. This is high praise, and important, because even the Pioneer Woman has trouble perfecting this style of egg.

"Twenty-plus years after I started cooking professionally, I still struggle with hard-boiled eggs. I get road rage trying to peel them sometimes," she joked. "I have yet to make a batch with the Instant Pot and not be super excited."
