Ingredients
MARINADE
1/4 Hidden Valley® Greek Yogurt Creamy Caesar dressing
4 chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
SALAD
4 baby romaine hearts
1 English cucumber peeled and seeded
1 pint cherry tomatoes
1/2 freshly grated Parmesan
extra Hidden Valley® Greek Yogurt Cucumber Dill dressing (to taste)
Directions
Turn the grill to a medium heat and oil the grill surface. Grill the chicken skewers 6 minutes on each side until cooked through (165°F).
