HGTV's 'Love It or List It' Is Officially Returning for Another Season

Love It or List It fans, you're in for a treat: HGTV recently announced that the network ordered 26 new episodes of the hit series, following the show's highest-rated season yet. More than 17 million fans tuned in to the 20-episode season, which ended on January 7.

For those unfamiliar, Love It or List It stars designer Hilary Farr and real estate expert David Visentin. The duo helps homeowners make a tough decision: keep their own home after Hilary remodels it, or buy the house that David finds for them that fits their family's needs.

Allison Page, president of HGTV, says, "The audience values Hilary and David's deep real estate and renovation expertise and enjoys their fun, on-screen chemistry. We are excited to bring viewers a fresh season of this enduring hit." The new episodes are slated to begin late this year.
