HGTV's Leanne Ford Reveals Exactly Where She Shops For Her "Construction Chic" Looks

Long before Leanne Ford knew she was pregnant, she shopped for maternity clothes. "They have such interesting, blousy shapes!" she insists. At the time, Leanne was working as a fashion stylist, and the oversized shapes let her take classic looks-a crisp white button-down, a cozy sweater-and give it a fresh, unexpected look. It's a style secret Leanne's carried over to interiors, as she's become a household name with her hit HGTV show, Restored By The Fords. As more and more episodes aired, people started commenting and DM'ing her, asking where they could get everything from the color of her walls to the jeans she wore while painting them.

"I honestly think it's funny," Leanne says. "I'm just kind of representing a vibe of girl that's out there and needed somebody."

Before long, so many questions came pouring in that she turned it into a poll on her Instagram Stories, asking people to help her name her look. Demo duds was a contender, but ultimately, the fans decided: Her look's Construction Chic. While visiting the House Beautiful offices, the designer poured through some of her favorite looks from the first season of Restored By The Fords, spilling the details on where her clothes came from-and the keys to nailing her style.
