Mina Starsiak Hawk is taking on her biggest reno project yet, and we get to watch it all unfold in a spin-off of her HGTV show Good Bones. Fittingly titled Good Bones: Risky Business, the six-episode show follows Hawk as she turns a rundown Indiana mansion into a bed and breakfast and event space.

Premiering on Tuesday, September 6 at 9 p.m. ET on HGTV and discovery+, the show dives into the entire process as Hawk takes on the solo project apart from her Two Chicks and a Hammer team. Located in the Indianapolis neighborhood Fountain Square, the more than a century-old property—called Sanders House—features two structures: a Victorian-style main home and carriage house. Naturally, the main building will be transformed into charming lodging, and the carriage house will become an Instagrammable venue.

Not only is the property massive, but it's in complete disarray. It was once frequented by squatters and set on fire. During the restoration, Hawk will face unexpected costs and challenges, including learning to work with a whole new team. Factor in that it's the largest revitalization she's ever done in terms of size and budget—and it’s safe to say the risk is through the roof.

If you get hooked on the thrilling undertaking, know that Mina is open to taking on more big projects in the future. “Probably two months ago I would've said no,” the HGTV star tells House Beautiful. “But it's like being pregnant and having a newborn suck, but then you forget about it because they're so cute and you do it again. I’m ready to have another baby now.”
