Are you ready for your next obsession? HGTV latest home renovation competition series, Rock the Block, arrives this fall and production has officially started. The new show will bring the best of the best together, featuring Good BonesMina Starsiak, Hidden Potential’s Jasmine Roth, Restored by the FordsLeanne Ford, and Windy City Rehab’s Alison Victoria. Hosted by Property Brothers star Drew Scott, the new show aims to transform identical suburban properties into one-of-a-kind homes that standout from the rest on the block.

“Nothing like a little family competition,” the network wrote on Instagram. “These HGTV stars are about to show us who's the best in the business!”

Of course, the four competitors shared their own photos of the exciting first day: Jasmine Roth says she’ll be giving it her "best shot" while having fun, Mina Starsiak shared a quick glimpse of the crew, and Alison Victoria revealed the show is premiering in October 2019.

Over the course of four weeks, the four home reno gurus will renovate side-by-side homes in the Los Angeles area—with a budget of $175,000. The woman who adds the most value to their newly renovated pad will claim the victory—and bragging rights.

“We couldn’t resist the opportunity to put four of HGTV’s biggest stars to the test in a thrilling, action-packed competition,” said Allison Page, president of HGTV, in a press release.

She continued: “Rock the Block features business owners who are proven home renovation experts, and each one already has her own hit series on the network. We can’t wait to see who emerges as the winner.”

Pardee Homes Los Angeles will be building each of the four suburban houses for the series, and each contender has the opportunity to infuse the homes with their distinctive style to create a stunning result. For those of you already addicted to home renovations, watch out—you'll be hopelessly devoted to this new show.
