HGTV Stars Rally Around Jasmine Roth as She Shares Recovery Photos From Hospital
HGTV star Jasmine Roth took to social media to share a health struggle she's been dealing with, and many people rushed to the comments to show their support—including some of her fellow HGTV friends.
On Instagram, the Help! I Wrecked My House star shared photos of herself in the hospital along with diagrams and X-rays to help people understand what she's going through. "Not my fave way to spend a Saturday but grateful for people who care," she wrote in the caption. "This herniated disk (c5, c6) in my neck is no joke, and the constant pain really started to wear on me this week."
She went on to thank her medical care team for squeezing her into their schedule and her family for supporting her by allowing her to rest and heal over the weekend. "And to all the folks on my @hgtv team who are picking up the slack during the week and following me around with cold ice packs," she added.
Roth also took a moment to acknowledge that social media is a highlight reel, noting that "we never know exactly what's happening with each other" behind the scenes. She continued: "Just one more reason to be kind, not judge, and to walk through life with compassion. We're all just trying to figure things out, do our best, and build our happy and some days are easier than others."
Fellow HGTV stars Dave and Jenny Marrs both shared warm wishes in the comments. Jenny wrote, "THE worst pain!! I’m so sorry friend. Feel better quickly!" Dave added, "Feel better friend."
"Sending love, and a speedy recovery Jasmine🙏🏿," wrote Wendell Holland of HGTV Smart Home 2022 and the network's Hot Mess House. (You may also recognize him from Survivor!)
