  • Hidden Potential host Jasmine Roth announced that she's expecting her first child.

  • Jasmine and her husband, Brett Roth, met in college and recently, celebrated their sixth wedding anniversary.

  • The HGTV star of Brady Renovation and Rock the Block is set to give birth on April 27, 2020.

The HGTV family is growing once again: Hidden Potential’s Jasmine Roth excitedly shared today that she’s expecting her first child with husband, Brett Roth, and the two couldn’t be more excited for this new chapter of their lives.

“BABY ROTH IS COMING! Oh my goodness!,” the 35-year-old captioned an Instagram post showing a sonogram. “So excited (also nervous, ecstatic, terrified, overjoyed, and all the feelings) that we are expecting our first baby on 4.27.20...this is happening! We are so in love with this little one already.”

Fans instantly began showing an outpour of love and support for the expecting couple, and of course, Jasmine’s HGTV family wasn’t far behind. “Yes!!!” wrote Windy City Rehab star Alison Victoria. “Yay!! Congratulations!” commented Good Bones’ Mina Starsiak Hawk and Karen E Laine. “Congratulations ♥️♥️♥️,” added Flip or Flop host Christina Anstead.

Thanks to Jasmine’s busy schedule—wrapping up Season 2 of Hidden Potential, starring on Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, A Very Brady Renovation, and competing on Rock the Block—fans had no clue she was experiencing a difficult first trimester, but there’s one person who may have caught on.

“I am not kidding. I had this thought yesterday. It must have been evident on your face. SO SO HAPPY FOR YOU! It’s the best thing,” wrote Ree Drummond. Recently, Jasmine fulfilled her dream to be on the Food Network and had the opportunity to cook with The Pioneer Woman herself.

The California native is excited to finally join the “exclusive club” of parenting with her husband. Jasmine and Brett first started out as roommates at Northeastern University, and began dating after one semester. This September, the couple celebrated their sixth wedding anniversary—and 14 years overall together.

While Brett has already been on late night food runs to help satisfy cravings, we’re sure Jasmine will also receive incredible tips and tricks from other HGTV moms, like Mina Starsiak Hawk and Leanne Ford.
