Calling all Love It or List It fans—HGTV’s new show Stay or Sell will be your next obsession, not only because it gives Hilary-Farr-slash-David-Visentin vibes, but because of the unexpected plot twist that will have you thinking and maybe even sweating a little.

Based in Minneapolis, husband-and-wife duo Brad and Heather Fox give their clients two options: renovate their current home or buy another nearby that will be customized. So, in other words, homeowners must make the biggest decision of the show before renovations even begin!

Stay or Sell officially premiered on Tuesday, August 27, with its first episode, titled, “Families Grow, Houses Shrink.” Brad and Heather help a couple decide whether they should stay in the home of 10 years where their children have been growing up in or find a new home altogether.

Obviously, this isn’t the easiest decision, given all the amazing memories, but a successful renovation would mean fixing the choppy layout and incorporating a rustic midcentury modern style. And we can safely say the end results leave the homeowners in tears.

With Fixer Upper officially wrapped up, this pair might just become your new favorite power couple, especially because they’re not rookies. Brad and Heather have owned their own realty and design company, Fox Homes, for almost a decade, according to Bring Me The News.

"We're really excited to show off more of Minnesota!" Heather told the outlet. "Throughout our eight episodes we're featuring some great local artisans and creatives that we know everyone will love. The couples that we're doing projects for are amazing and we think everyone will love the heart of this show."
