HGTV Releases Its Fall TV Schedule — And It Includes a 'House Hunters' Holiday Special
HGTV is a fan-favorite TV channel for a reason: It's cracked the formula for pairing fun personalities with roll-up-your-sleeves projects real people can actually tackle. Or, at least we'd like to think we can tackle. With shows like Property Brothers, Flip or Flop, and House Hunters, it's no wonder the channel racks up 41.3 million primetime viewers every month.
Now, HGTV has announced the new shows that will premiere in later this summer and throughout the fall. The new programs cover the full real estate spectrum, with shows about everything about finding, buying, selling and renovating homes. There's even a House Hunters holiday special to look forward to.

Rustic Rehab
Premiering Thursday, August 16, at 8 p.m. EST, Rustic Rehab follows real estate and home renovation experts David and Chenoa Rivera as they flip homes in Paradise, California, in the foothills of Sierra Nevada Mountains.
My Windfall Dream Home
Premiering Friday, November 23, at 9 p.m. EST, this new series features designer David Bromstad, star of HGTV’s My Lottery Dream Home, as he helps clients who unexpectedly receive cash windfalls (like an inheritance) find their new dream home.
House Hunters: Home for the Holidays
Premiering Tuesday, November 27, at 9 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. EST, House Hunters: Home for the Holidays puts a twist on the standard series. On this show, families will be searching for a new place to celebrate the holidays.
Best House on the Block
Premiering in late 2018, Best House on the Block features Washington designer Lauren Liess and her husband, David, as they run their renovation and design business.
Big City Charm
Premiering in late 2018, Big City Charm follows Mark and Liz Perez as they renovate houses in Chicago neighborhoods, after successfully flipping more than 100 homes in just eight years.
Mom and Me
Premiering in late 2018, Mom and Me stars Karrie Trowbridge and her 21-year-old son, Tristan, as they create stylish homes inspired by the Pacific Northwest.
Almost Home
Premiering in January 2019, Almost Home showcases Dave and Jenny Marrs, a couple who renovates historic houses in Bentonville, Arkansas.
Windy City Rehab
Premiering in January 2019, on Windy City Rehab, designer and home renovation star Alison Victoria will buy some of Chicago’s oldest homes and renovate them, while also trying to save each home's charm and unique architectural features.
Montana Home
Premiering in early 2019, Montana Home follows real estate pros Jackie Wickens and Trecie Wheat Hughes as they work with buyers to find homes in the wide-open spaces of Montana.
