Get ready for more of your HGTV addiction. Deadline reports that HGTV has opted to renew Good Bones for a 13-episode third season, which is schedule to premiere in 2018. And with millions of viewers each week, it shouldn't come as much of a surprise.

The show follows Karen E. Laine and Mina Starsiak, the mother-daughter team behind Two Chicks and a Hammer, as they renovate homes around Indianapolis. Good Bones has become one of the highest rated shows on HGTV, with more than 11 million viewers, and it's clear why: the two are refreshingly honest about what it really takes to rehab a home, including just how expensive it is. When so many home-makeover shows make it look easy, it's a relief to watch Good Bones and know that it's not so simple.

"Mina and Karen's incredible home renovation skills, as well as their expanding popularity with the HGTV audience, are just two of the many reasons to keep this hit going for another season," John Feld, senior vice president of original programming and production for HGTV, DIY Network and GAC, said in a statement. "Nothing says success like a good mid-season renewal."

The second season of Good Bones is currently airing on HGTV. But until the third season gets started, you can get your Karen and Mina fix by heading to Indiana and staying in an Airbnb the pair designed themselves-located right upstairs from the Two Chicks and a Hammer office.
