HGTV Is Airing 'A Very Brady Renovation' Marathon This Weekend and We Can't Contain Our Excitement
Last year, over 28 million people tuned in to watch HGTV's A Very Brady Renovation. The limited series was an instant success (it was even nominated for an Emmy) as it brought back together the six kids who starred on the ‘70s sitcom The Brady Bunch. This wasn’t any old cast reunion though— they were reunited to rebuild the iconic home seen on The Brady Bunch. To help guide them, some of HGTV's biggest stars stepped in to execute possibly the greatest home renovation ever.
Sadly, the series ended in late 2019, however, HGTV is giving us a chance to rewatch it again from start to finish. HGTV has decided to run a special encore marathon of the series on Saturday, August 22 from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. ET/PT. Excuse me while I program my DVR.
Exciting, right!? The marathon will feature every episode in the series in order. It’s the perfect opportunity for fans to either rewatch or watch for the first time. Not only will viewers get to see what the Brady Bunch siblings look like today (or rather when the show was filmed), but also check out their design skills. Barry Williams (Greg), Maureen McCormick (Marcia), Christopher Knight (Peter), Eve Plumb (Jan), Mike Lookinland (Bobby), and Susan Olsen (Cindy) all star in A Very Brady Renovation
As for the HGTV designers, Jonathan and Drew Scott, Mina Starsiak Hawk, Karen E. Laine, siblings Leanne and Steve Ford, Jasmine Roth, and Lara Spencer also appear on the series. It's basically one big happy family working on one family home.
