Finding things that are equally as exciting for adults and kids alike can be hard. Hershey's Chocolate World gets that, and is applying for a liquor license to help parents enjoy their visits just a little bit more.

If you aren't familiar with Hershey's Chocolate World, it's a totally free experience barely 10 minutes away from Hersheypark theme park. There's a tour all about how the chocolate gets made, and tons of food and candy available for purchase. If you're going to Hersheypark, stopping by Hershey's Chocolate World is a given.

The news was reported by multiple outlets local to the Hershey, Pennsylvania, one of which is ABC 27. In the short report, Hershey's marketing manager, Todd Kohr confirmed the news, saying that the reasoning behind it is "about creating memorable and enjoyable confectionery-themed experiences for our guests of all ages."

As of right now, all that is known about the liquor license is that Hershey's wants to make an assortment of beers available at the main food hall, so any adult guests can take their pick. This past October, Hershey's and Yuengling teamed up to create the Hershey's Chocolate Porter as a limited time offer. We can only cross our fingers that obtaining this liquor license might give the Yuengling porter a permanent home in the Hershey's Chocolate World food hall.

Although it looks like the Hershey's Chocolate World liquor license is only aiming to make beer available, if you happen to be taking a weekend trip to Hershey, Pennsylvania there are quite a few places to go. Pro tip: The Iberian Lounge in the Hershey Hotel is one of our faves!!

There isn't much info out there about the plans to introduce liquor into Hershey's Chocolate World like when beer will start popping up in the food hall, but once we find out more you'll be the first to know. What we can say that it's looking like your next trip will be a whole lot sweeter—and just a little boozier.
