Here's How the Winner of 'Survivor' Is Spending His Million-Dollar Prize

• Chris Underwood was voted Sole Survivor at Wednesday's Survivor: Edge of Extinction finale.
• The 25-year-old winner said he was still in shock after beating out Gavin and Julie.
• He told ET how he plans to spend the prize money-and it involves a sailing trip.
Chris Underwood is still in shock after winning Survivor: Edge of Extinction, and honestly, so are we!
The 25-year-old sales manager was voted out in a blindside very early on, spent nearly the entire game on Extinction Island, won his way back into the competition, and then-after the risky decision to give up his immunity necklace and face off against fan favorite Rick Devens-landed in the final three with a compelling Survivor resume. Up against Gavin Whitson and Julie Rosenberg, Chris won the most votes from the jury-and took home the million-dollar grand prize.
After the live finale, Chris told ET he was "totally still in shock." We don't blame him! Going into the finale, the odds of him battling his way back from Extinction Island, convincing Lauren to play her idol for him (why, Lauren, why?!), and then winning were pretty dang slim.
"Swung for the fences. Nothing more, nothing less... What a ride," he wrote in an Instagram post. "To everyone who picked me as their winner in their Survivor pool, thanks for hanging in there with me."

How will Chris spend his Survivor prize money?
During the finale episode, Chris said that if he won, he wanted to go on a sailing trip with his wife-and he said the same thing in his interview with ET.
"I just got married a few weeks ago, so I've always had a dream to take a little time and travel and actually get a sail boat and live on that with my wife," Chris said. "It's kind of a crazy dream, but so is winning Survivor, so the sky's the limit.
"I'll definitely put some to savings because I want to have a family someday, so I'll have some money in the bank. But it's such an incredible opportunity and I'm really just really happy. I'm just really happy."
Oh-and he's also taking a trip to Vegas this weekend with some of his fellow castaways.
"I'm going to Vegas this weekend with some of the other contestants, so I'm going to have to really curb the gambling," he said. "I've got a good person back home who is our financial advisor, so she's going to make sure I don't spend much."
Please, Chris, don't spend it all at one slot machine.
