Baby, let the games begin. Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour hits theaters tonight—on October 12. Oh yeah. ICYMI, Taylor pulled a typical Swift move: she adjusted the movie release date to satisfy the eager demand of her fans.

With this sudden turn of events, you might be wondering what to expect from the upcoming flick that supposedly documents her entire epic Eras Tour concert. For one, AMC is looking forward to distributing friendship bracelets and Taylor Swift-themed popcorn at its premieres this weekend.

However, there is also the question of what the actual movie experience will *actually* be like. Taylor's full setlist from her IRL Eras Tour is notably three hours and 15 minutes when performed live, but the movie will only run for two hours and 48 minutes. With exactly 27 minutes missing, you may be wondering which songs will be cut? I'm right there with ya.

Below, Women's Health investigates.

When does The Eras Tour Film come out?

The Eras Tour film will be released in theaters on October 12, 2023. It's very important to note that the film will only be showing screenings on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays to ensure it feels more like "an event" than a typical trip to the movies, per Variety.

What songs did Taylor Swift sing on The Eras Tour?

Honestly, a better question would be which songs *did she not* sing (which includes the entirety of her debut album, BTW). The initial United States leg of The Eras Tour was definitely set up as a "greatest hits" set a.k.a Taylor's favorite live performance songs.

The three-hour marathon show is typically divided into parts, marked by Taylor's different albums. First comes Lover, then Fearless, Evermore, Reputation, Speak Now, Red, Folklore, 1989, a brief acoustic set, and then it finishes off with Midnights.

...and that comes out to about 45 songs in all. Here's every song she (usually) performs on tour:

Which songs will be included in The Eras Tour film?

Most of them! But there may be a few switch ups.

Taylor performed the final Eras Tour shows of the initial U.S. leg in August 2023. It seems The Eras film was shot between August 3-5, 2023, which means she was performing in Los Angeles at So-Fi Stadium, per Billboard.

During that time, Taylor performed six different surprise songs that could have been featured in the film, including "You're On Your Own, Kid," "I Can See You," "Maroon," "Our Song," "You Are In Love," and "Death by A Thousand Cuts."

However, the two songs that ended up making the cut for the movie are "You're On Your Own, Kid" and "Our Song."

What's going to be cut from The Eras Tour film?

Prepare yourselves. There are five songs cut from the original Eras tour set, according to the New York Times. Rest in Peace, "The Archer," "Cardigan," "'Tis The Damn Season," "Wildest Dreams," and "Long Live."

The reduced run time is also a result of cuts in Taylor's stage transitions—which were extremely quick, but took time nonetheless. Plus, on tour, a voice recording of Taylor speaking the words of her song "seven" plays in the background as the stage changes. This is also cut from the film.

Also of note: Taylor's film received a PG-13 rating for "some strong language and suggestive material," and films with that rating are only allowed one use of the F-word, according to the Motion Picture Association.

Tay's setlist, as performed in concert, breaks that rule. There are several songs that include an F-bomb, including "Champagne Problems," "Betty," and "All Too Well (10 Minute Version)."So, if Taylor's movie is truly PG-13, she may have to crop moments in one or more of these songs. However, if anyone can get away with it—it's Taylor Swift.

Are there any Easter Eggs in the Eras Tour film?

Sorry, Reputation girlies, it doesn't look like Taylor dropped any forthcoming rerecording hints in the movie itself. However, the singer invited 2,200 select fans—plus Beyoncé—to see her premiere in Los Angeles on Oct. 11. She also sneakily quoted several Reputation tracks in her caption for the event, so perhaps that is a clue? Personally, I'm hoping for a Taylor/Beyoncé vault track.

Some fans are speculating Taylor may drop a second surprise "vault" album for 1989 (Taylor's Version). Might I point out that one of the most iconic moments of Queen Bey's career is when she dropped a surprise self-titled album on December 13, 2013? You know whose birthday is on December 13?

I can see you, Taylor!
