The thing about The Challenge USA, the new puzzle/game/competition/reality show on CBS... is that every single one of the contestants was on another reality show on CBS. So you pretty much already know who they are. But if you only watch The Amazing Race, or can handle Love Island but don't have the blood pressure for Survivor or the time for Big Brother—or scratch that and reverse it, IDK your life— here's everything you need to know about the cast of The Challenge.
Since these are reality show repeat offenders, a lot of them are influencers now. It's not like some reality shows where everyone is a trainer or something. Since they're already famous for being famous... if it ain't broke, don't fix it. That isn't to say they don't have some special skills and tricks up their sleeves, however.
