Here's which team was eliminated during 'The Amazing Race' season 34 premiere.

Phil Keoghan touted a lot of new at the starting line of The Amazing Race 34. And the latest season of the Emmy-winning series proved that right at the very beginning, as the premiere saw the 12 new teams participate in the first ever Amazing Race "Scramble." By the end of the afternoon, after doing a series of tasks that took them all around Munich, one pair unfortunately became the first team eliminated from the race.

Who was eliminated on The Amazing Race 34 tonight?

Aastha Lal and Nina Duong - Engaged from Marina Del Ray, California

Despite Aastha's excited energy, the engaged couple started the race taking their time, wanting to map out all the locations they would be visiting during the first-ever "Scramble." Unfortunately, that did not prevent them from having difficulty navigating throughout Munich. And one particular task rolling through an obstacle course had them over a barrel (or a keg), making them the first team eliminated from the season.

Which teams finished at the top tonight?

Derek Xiao and Clare Rehfuss proved their crossover success immediately. The Big Brother couple seamlessly transitioned onto another CBS reality show, handily winning the leg after a dominant performance. They were followed by married couple Glenda and Lumumba Roberts, as well as former Rams cheerleaders Quinton Peron and Mattie Lynch.

Which teams finished at the bottom tonight?

Luis Colon and Michelle Burgos failed to find their rhythm, as the married couple started off strong, only to fall to the back of the pack when a saw task left them far from sharp. But it was Latin dancers Aubrey Ares and David Hernandez who had the closest call to elimination. After an afternoon of getting lost, the dating couple thought they were done for. But they saw their saving grace when Aastha and Nina ran in after them, ensuring their survival.
