There's no doubt that Barbie has left its pink mark on the world! Months after finishing its theater run and earning all the accolades, we still can't get kenough of the blockbuster film. And while it's no longer drawing droves of pink-clad fans to theaters (only because it's no longer showing, of course), the Barbie party isn't ending anytime soon!

It's really no surprise that Barbie reached such heights given just how great the Greta Gerwig film is. Between the significant yet so hilarious script (including all those wonderful quotes from the movie), the phenomenal performances by both Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling, the delightful wardrobe, and even the fun filming locations themselves, there's just so much to love.

And we're especially loving the fact that we can now revisit Barbie Land on our own screens through a streaming service! Yep, you can officially stream Barbie online—and turn your Barbie party into a Barbie watch party. (Bonus points if you serve some Barbie pink recipes while guests don their best Barbie costumes or Ken costumes.) Just read on to find out how.

If you're anything like us, you're more than ready to say "Hi Barbie!" from the comfort of your own Dreamhouse (or Mojo Dojo Casa House). And now you can! As Barbie herself says: "It is the best day ever. So was yesterday, and so is tomorrow, and every day from now until forever."

So, when exactly can we expect to turn our own screens pink? Well, as of December 15, Barbie is available to stream on Max (formerly known as HBO Max). To watch Barbie on Max, you'll need to have a subscription plan. The streaming service offers several plans, the lowest of which starts at $9.99 per month or $99.99 per year.

For those of you in the UK, the wait is almost up! You can relive Barbie's adventures starting March 29 with a Sky Cinema subscription. As for their subscription plan, you'll get Sky Cinema, Sky Entertainment, and Netflix, streamed to any TV over WiFi for £37 per month for 18 months.

Can I rent or buy the 'Barbie' movie?

If you have other streaming services, you probably won't see the film pop up anytime soon as Max has a partnership with Warner Bros.—but that isn't your only option.

You can also watch the billion-dollar blockbuster on other digital platforms. It's available to buy on Amazon Prime Video for $19.99 or rent for just $5.99. You can also purchase it on Apple TV+, Google Play, YouTube, and Vudu. In the UK, it's available to rent on Sky Store.

Along with the digital release, the Barbie movie Blu-ray and DVD are also available for purchase at retailers such as Amazon and Walmart. (Be sure to grab a few collectible Mattel Barbie dolls based on the movie while you're at it.)

Since it premiered on July 21, Barbie has broken record after record—including biggest opening weekend in 2023, largest opening for a female director ever, and Warner Bros.' highest grossing domestic release in history. More than that, it's a bonafide cultural phenomenon. It went on to earn a Golden Globe in the cinematic and box office achievement category and has landed eight nominations at the Oscars, including Best Picture, Best Supporting Actor, and Best Supporting Actress.

For those who haven't seen it, Barbie is, of course, based on the iconic Mattel doll! Its star-studded cast includes Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling as Barbie and Ken—as well as a lineup of other dolls (and people) played by America Ferrera, Will Ferrell, Emma Mackey, Issa Rae, Michael Cera, Kate McKinnon, Ariana Greenblatt, Dua Lipa, Simu Liu, Hari Nef, and so many more.

In Gerwig's live-action movie, Barbie leaves her seemingly perfect and pink home of Barbie Land after her changing views on dollhood (paired with "irrepressible thoughts of death") start a chain reaction amongst her many Barbie friends. To undo these changes, Barbie ventures into the real world with Ken—only to learn that life isn't always fantastic. The film follows their journey of self-discovery as Mattel executives work to put Barbie back in her manufacturer's sealed box.

All in all, Barbie is a beautiful coming of age story that offers powerful commentary on our world while simultaneously celebrating the relationships between women (particularly between mothers and daughters), which inspired the creation of the doll to begin with.
