Make sure to add January 18, 2024 to your calendar. Because that’s the day you can get your tickets to the 41st annual Food & Wine Classic in Aspen.

The nation’s premier culinary festival is back this summer, running from June 14 to 16, and will once again feature cooking demonstrations and wine and spirits seminars led by some of the best culinary talents in the world. And, as always, the centerpiece of the weekend event will be the Grand Tasting Pavilion, which features more than 150 winemakers, distillers, and culinary offerings from around the globe.

“If the past 40 years in Aspen have taught us anything, it's that magic happens when you combine world-class talent and programming in such a beautiful place. That's what makes this a bucket list event for food lovers from around the world,” Hunter Lewis, the editor-in-chief of Food & Wine, shared. “The Food & Wine Classic in Aspen also serves as a reunion of sorts for the talented chefs, drinks experts, and business leaders to forge connections with their peers, unwind, and return home with a wealth of fresh ideas.”

Indeed, this year’s lineup includes appearances from Tyler Florence, Kristen Kish, Maneet Chauhan, David Chang, Tiffany Derry, Danny Meyer, Gregory Gourdet, Stephanie Izard, Claudette Zepeda, Andrew Zimmern, Shota Nakajima, Nancy Silverton, and will highlight the 2023 class of Food & Wine Best New Chefs, who are slated to host cooking demonstrations and panel discussions. Wine and spirits seminars and tastings will be led by experts like Tiffanie Barriere, Toni Tipton-Martin, Mark Oldman, Wanda Mann, Sabato Sagaria, Gary Obligacion, Anne Becerra, Julia Coney, and Ray Isle, among others. The event is also sponsored by a few fantastic brands, including American Express, Lexus, Monogram Luxury Appliances, S. Pellegrino, and Foods and Wines From Spain.

And, as part of this year’s festivities, the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen will make a donation to the Southern Smoke Foundation, a national emergency relief fund that supports workers in the food and beverage industry in crisis, along with No Kid Hungry, the only national campaign committed to ending childhood hunger in the U.S.

Just to remind you once again, tickets go on sale January 18, 2024, beginning at 12 p.m. Eastern at classic.foodandwine.com. You can stay up to date on festival programming, participating talent, and travel information there too. If, by chance, this isn’t enough for you, you can also attend the first-ever Food & Wine Classic in Charleston, taking place September 27-29, 2024, alongside our friends from Southern Living and Travel + Leisure. We’d love to see you at both.
