Surely you’ve heard by now that Sofia Richie and Scott Disick have ended their relationship after three(ish) years of dating. Since the news dropped, we’ve been spoiled with all the deets on why they decided to break up, so there’s really only one thing left to know: Are Sofia and Kylie Jenner still besties??? Well, today’s your lucky day, because we’ve got answers.
“Sofia and Kylie are still friends and their friendship hasn’t been affected by her breakup with Scott,” a source told Us Weekly. “They have had a super-close relationship for a while and Sofia hasn’t done anything wrong to make their friendship be jeopardized.”
It checks out that there’s really no way Sofia and Scott’s breakup could’ve negatively impacted this friendship (unless Sofia pulled a Jordyn Woods) because Kylie and Sofia were friends waaay before she started dating Scott.
“Kylie and Sofia have always run in the same circle and are very close in age, so they’ve bonded a lot through the years,” a source told Us Weekly in July 2019. “They’ve always been in the limelight, lived very similar lifestyles, and grown up around a lot of the same people.”
Despite that, it doesn’t seem like Sofia wants to rock the boat anytime soon and is planning to wait a beat before chatting up any new dudes. “Sofia isn’t interested in or open to dating anyone new right now,” the source added. “She still wants to be there for Scott through his difficulties in a way that works for her and doesn’t want to leave him high and dry, but she also knows she can’t be part of a bad situation and any family drama.”
