Here's All the Surfers Qualified for the Paris 2024 Olympics (So Far)
The first waves have yet to unfurl on Teahupo’o, Tahiti’s fabled reef during the Paris 2024 Olympics, and yet, the storylines are starting to take shape.
First of which, being the players.
There are now (pretty much) all the surfers, from all over the world, qualified and ready to represent their respective countries at one of the scariest, most entertaining waves in the world (for those in the safety of the channel): Teahupo’o, Tahiti.
So, let’s get to know a few of the names:

You might notice, there's only 21 surfers per gender, when there should be 24. That means there's six slots left total. Well, there's two slots for the host country, two universality slots, and two quotas from the ISA World Surfing Games winning teams.
So, likely, Gabriel Medina (Brazil) and Caity Simmers (USA) will join the list.
