Here's How Soon You Can Get Your Hands On Girl Scout Cookies Again

The cold weather can be kind of a bummer. Once we hit the dog days of winter, we need to find things to look forward to...and what could be more fun to have on the horizon than a Girl Scout cookies order?!!! Yes, Girl Scout cookie buying season is basically here, and scoring a box (or more!) of your favorite cookie has never been easier.
When does the Girl Scout Cookie Season start in 2022?
The season is recognized each year from January to April, but what troops near you have planned for cookie sales will vary. You can head over to the Girl Scouts website and input your zip code to get detailed information about where to find cookies near you.
How will I get my cookies?
The coronavirus pandemic hit the United States in the middle of cookie season in 2019 and troops sprang into action quickly to adapt their selling tactics. In 2020, and likely this season too, they'll be expanding upon innovations they worked out in early 2020 including offering online cookie booths and socially distant or contactless sales and delivery options in select areas.
If you know a Girl Scout, reach out to them to see how they're selling cookies this year. If you don't, visit www.girlscoutcookies.org, text COOKIES to 59618, or use the official Girl Scout Cookie Finder app for free on iOS or Android devices in order to find socially distant and/or contact-free cookie booths near you. Also, starting on February 1, you can use the Girl Scout Cookie Finder website to purchase from a local Girl Scout troop and get cookies shipped to you directly. There, you can also donate cookies to first responders and local causes.
This year, you can also order cookies via GrubHub in select markets. Additional markets will be added throughout the cookie season. Oh, and don't worry: The proceeds will still benefit the troop and council and GrubHub waived all fees to the organization to make it possible. Which cookies will be available?
Again, this depends on where you live, but some troops will be offering a new caramel brownie cookie called Adventurefuls along with some other classic flavors. Use the Cookie Finder app to see which flavors are available near you. Happy buying!
