Following the news of Ari and her husband, Dalton Gomez's split, here's everything that went down between the former love birds, plus a recap of Ariana Grande's dating history and whether she's seeing someone new...

Yes, if you've stumbled across this piece after frantically searching 'Is Ariana Grande still married?' we have some very sad news for you. According to reports, Ari and Dalton have gone their separate ways. Rumors began swirling after the Wicked star was spotted at Wimbledon 2023 alongside costar Jonathan Bailey and Spider-Man himself, Andrew Garfield—minus her wedding ring. This prompted fans to speculate about her relationship status and even sparked some Ari and Andrew Garfield dating rumors.

TMZ then broke the news on Monday, July 17, 2023, that the pair, who tied the knot in 2021 are reportedly 'heading for divorce,' but that's not all! Since Ari's marriage hit the headlines yet more rumors have surfaced, this time linking her to Wicked costar, Ethan Slater...

Is Ariana Grande single?

So, after that split news, is Ariana Grande dating anyone new? Well, rumors are now running wild that Ariana is apparently seeing her Wicked co-star, Ethan Slater.

TMZ has reported that Ari and Ethan started seeing each other during the filming of Wicked after both of their respective relationships had ended.

Ethan has been married to singer, Lilly Jay since 2018, with whom he welcomed a son last year. So far, it's unclear when the pair separated but a source also told People: "Ariana and Dalton separated in January, she and Ethan recently began dating, and he is separated from his wife."

This news comes after, TMZ revealed that Ariana herself has 'separated' from Dalton Gomez, after two years of marriage.

An insider said that the couple are "heading for divorce" after having problems for some time now. The source also claimed that they have actually been separated since January 2023 but did try to rekindle things—which could explain Ariana's two-year anniversary tribute to Dalton in May 2023. Alas though, the insider alleges that things are over, though the pair do remain friends.

As of yet, Ari is yet to confirm or comment on the split, or new dating news, so we will have to be patient for updates!

What happened between Ariana Grande and Dalton Gomez?

For those who don't know, Ari and Dalton tied the knot back in 2021 and celebrated their two-year anniversary in May 2023.

Alas though, after Ariana was spotted at Wimbledon on Sunday, July 16, minus her wedding ring, break-up chatter quickly started swirling. It was then reported that Dalton and Ariana have indeed now separated—so, what happened between them, exactly?

Well, a source told Entertainment Tonight that they just weren't a 'good fit,' they said: "Ariana and Dalton tried to make things work, but ultimately they were just not a good fit. Dalton has been very private and low-key about their relationship with his work colleagues and hasn’t been talking a lot about their split."

A second insider also added: "Ariana and Dalton’s friends have always been concerned by their whirlwind romance and felt their relationship would ultimately be short-lived. Their relationship has been rocky at different points, and they've had trouble making time for each other with scheduling issues."

Another source reiterated to Page Six that they have been having issues for some time: "They came to the decision together. They were having problems before January, but they want to remain best friends."

So there you have it, while things have remained amicable, it seems things are at an end between Ariana and Dalton.
