The drama on TikTok seemingly never ceases. Even when you think it's over...it's not. The breakup between Griffin Johnson and Dixie D'Amelio is a perfect example of this. They ended things in July, but months later, we're still talking about it. Here's everything you need to know about what went down between Dixie and Griffin and why it's still relevant all these months later.

Things were pretty quiet for a while when it came to the Dixie/Griffin drama. Dixie has been happily dating Noah and Griffin has been living his life separately. Then, Griffin went on BFFs featuring Josh Richards and Dave Portnoy, where all the drama seems to be originating these days, and he opened up about everything that happened between him and Dixie and why he's a little suspicious of her and Noah.

First, Griffin wanted to clear up the snapchatting situation a little bit. He admits that he did snapchat girls, but it happened when him and Dixie weren't technically together. "It was like a four or five day period we had broken up and I'm not going to lie, dude, I was just kind of sad," Griffin said, also clarifying that he didn't slide into anyone's DMs, he just responded to girls who had already reached out to him.

Griffin says he isn't trying to justify what he did, just explain it. "I did my fair share of wrongs," he says. "I should have never messaged the girl at all, not going to lie, but it was during a weird break up, I was just messed up in the head at the time."

Then, though, he and Dixie broke up, and for Griffin, that's when things get complicated. He explains that Dixie started dating Noah about a month after they ended things, but things really seemed to start way before that.

"It was weird dude," he said. According to him, Noah and Dixie had "this best friends group" and they would take trips to Malibu together. "It was weird stuff like I thought about it and was like, this is weird, but I'm not a weird boyfriend, I'm not going to be like, 'No you can't go.'"

Griffin doesn't say anything outright, but he is definitely implying that something was going on between Dixie and Noah before his relationship with Dixie ended. Of course, there is no proof of this, so it will be interesting to see how Dixie responds.

Following the release of Griffin's song, Dixie finally decided to speak out and posted a TikTok to "Convenient" where she shared all the receipts she had regarding the cheating allegations against Griffin.

The video includes many screenshots of Snapchats, Instagram DMs, and more where Griffin is seemingly talking to girls, asking for pics, and claiming he's single.

Dixie even shared a screenshot of what seems to be an apology text from Griffin. "I own up to it completely and know that I have done wrong and that I have hurt you in a way that can never be forgiven or forgotten," the text reads. "I do want to say that regardless of anything and my actions have not reflected it but I do care about you and this was never a game to me. I am sorry from the bottom of my heart."

Some other TikTok stars got involved in the situation as well. Dixie's little sis, Charli D'Amelio commented on the TikTok, writing, "@griffinjohnson this you?🤔👀." Thomas Petrou referred back to Chase Hudson's original allegations against Griffin, writing, "Soooo Chase didn't lie. Crazy."

Griffin then took to Twitter and went on a bit of a rant. "If a person doesn’t make mistakes are they actually a person?" he wrote. "No. They’re lying."

"I admit to f*cking up," he continued. "I’m not perfect. God knows I’m not even close but time for others to admit the same."

Finally, Bryce Hall got involved. "[Griffinin] f*cked up," he wrote. "[Dixie] clapped back, move on." The 21-year-old then called out the Hype House, who he was feuding with recently. "All the hype house members getting involved for clout and acting like they care about the situation should stfu. Fix YOUR disgusting habits that u hide from the internet instead of hyping someone up that u just use for your thumbnails."

Things got complicated once again when Griffin released his song, "Convenient," which is seemingly about his breakup with Dixie. In the track, Griffin seems to deny cheating, singing, "She said I cheated/That's just f*cked up." He also name drops Noah and implies that Dixie and Noah are dating, despite the fact the two have continuously denied it. "You said you're just friends but you're wearing his clothes," he sings.

Neither Dixie nor Charli D'Amelio seemed bothered by the song. Hollywood Fix asked what Dixie thought about the song, to which she sarcastically replied, "it's really hard...I can't sleep at night."

Then, when Charli was asked what she thought of "Griffin's diss song to Noah and Dixie" she said, "Didn't he cheat? Yeah, that's weird."

Dixie started spending more and more time with Sway House member Noah Beck and rumors started popping up about the possibility of the two of them dating.

Then, Noah and Dixie shared a kiss in Dixie's music video for the "Be Happy" remix. Noah claimed the kiss meant nothing and was just for the music video, but the two looked super cute and coupley throughout the vid.

Over a month after their breakup, Bryce Hall posted a vlog where Griffin denies cheating on Dixie. "I did Snapchat a girl," he said, explaining that he asked her to "send toes."

""I say that all the time," he explained. "It started on Twitter as a joke."

Dixie then poked fun at the situation, posting a photo of her toes when a fan asked for a pic of the TikTok star.

Only a few weeks following the Chase drama, Dixie unfollowed Griffin on Instagram and Twitter and Griffin changed his Twitter hed from a photo with Dixie to a photo with his friends.

That's when a TikTok from a girl named Madison Galley went viral. "Keep watching if you want to see me expose Griffin Johnson," the video began. Madison then went on to show screenshots of Griffin adding her on Snapchat, asking her to send photos, and saying he's single.

A few days later, Dixie confirmed the breakup on Youtube when she posted a video about her "last date with Griffin."

"Hey, so we actually broke up," Dixie says in the beginning of the video. "But I had this video scheduled for today so I'm posting it anyways."

Everything started when things were getting sticky between Charli D'Amelio and her ex, Chase Hudson. After Charli called him out for cheating, Chase turned the blame onto literally everyone else in the TikTok community, including Griffin.

"Since all my drama has to be put on the internet for the world to judge me, let's lay out everyone else's," he wrote on Twitter, claiming Griffin cheated on Dixie with two girls.

At the time, Dixie seemed unbothered by the allegation. "Ur wild," she tweeted. "Stop playing the victim and worry about yourself."
