Their biggest offense was when they said screw everybody and ended up screwing...each other. That caused the prize fund to drop from $36,000 to zero, so well done, Nathan and Holly!
Right afterward, Lana eliminated Nathan from the show, but gave him the chance to come back if he went through a workshop to improve himself (and apparently get his libido under control). Nathan was allowed back. And that was that.

There were two couples remaining at the end of season 3 of Too Hot to Handle: Harry Johnson and Beaux Raymond, and Nathan and Holly.
In the final episode, Nathan and Holly said, “I love you,” to each other, so it seemed like things were going well between them.

Nathan and Holly haven’t come out together on Instagram as a couple or anything, but that could be under guidance from THTH producers. And then, there's the timeline: Season 3 was filmed in January 2021, per Capital FM, so if the duo are still dating, they've been together for around a year (impressive!).

Nathan has also shared that he and Holly have hung out at least once after filming wrapped. “We had a great time on the show, we had a great time off the show, she came to London, we did our thing,” he told Capital FM. “We put a pin on things just because of COVID so I can fly to the States to go see her, but we’ll see where we are this year.”
Holly also said that the two have “an incredible story,” adding, “I’m just so blessed that out of all the experiences, we have an incredible season.”
