The country star cleaned up at the CMA Awards, taking home five trophies, including Entertainer of the Year and Album of the Year. She followed up that monumental night with her first-ever Grammy Award nominations for Best Country Album and Country Duo/Group Performance for her song "Save Me" with Jelly Roll.
