Here's How You Can Get Free Tickets to 'The Kelly Clarkson Show'

Kelly Clarkson’s day time variety talk show, The Kelly Clarkson Show, has proven to be a huge success. Clarkson made a name for herself as a singer-songwriter after winning the first season of American Idol in 2002. Now, alongside her music career, Clarkson has been the host and co-producer of her own talk show since 2019. The show features live music by Clarkson, guests, stories, games and surprises with celebrities and everyday people. To date, the show has won 13 Daytime Emmys, and recently took over Ellen DeGeneres' coveted 3 p.m. ET time slot on NBC.
A new hour-long episode of the talk show airs every weekday. You know what that means? Plenty of opportunities to be a part of the show’s live studio audience!
Whether you’re a fan on the show, just a fan of Kelly Clarkson or a fan of one of her celebrity guests, you can be part of the audience too! Approximately 200 tickets are released for every taping. Here's how.
How do you get tickets to the Kelly Clarkson Show?
The show is filmed at Universal Studios in California. Generally, the tapings are on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (sometimes Friday) at 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. To get tickets go to the show's website and click tickets at the top of the screen. The link will redirect you to the 1iota website, where you will see a calendar with all the available dates and times. If you see a date and time that work for you, create an account and request tickets for the taping you want to attend. After that, you will receive an email, generally within a week, telling you whether or not you scored the tickets.
Tickets for season 4 aren’t out just yet, but there are a few things to keep in mind beforehand. For the season 3 tapings, all guests had to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Universal Studios may also require you to wear a mask during the taping and/or provide a negative COVID test.
How hard is it to get Kelly Clarkson Show tickets and how much do they cost?
Of course, some special guests draw a crowd more than others, but if you’re flexible you can likely be a part of the live studio audience. The tickets are completely free and they also include a free Universal City Walk parking pass. It's a win-win!
