Here's a First Look at Seán McGirr's Alexander McQueen

Seán McGirr's first collection for Alexander McQueen will debut during Paris Fashion Week, but his first campaign for the brand just dropped, offering a glimpse at what's in store.

Photographed by Tommy Malekoff, the images are a thoughtful ode to Lee McQueen and the darker, more subversive themes the house has historically explored through its collections. Models Debra Shaw and Frankie Rayder wear chrome skull masks — one of the most emblematic motifs of the McQueen brand — surrounded by towering trees. The brand also unveils a new logo, which reimagines the original one created by McQueen himself, placing a small version of the letter "C" inside the "Q".

McGirr, who was named McQueen creative director last October, will stage his first show on March 2. If the campaign is any indication, the designer is on a mission to weave the brand's history into its future.
