The first official photos of Britney Spears's wedding to Sam Asghari prove that their big day was a fairy tale come to life.

Spears and Asghari married yesterday in Los Angeles in an intimate at-home ceremony attended by about 60 guests, including Madonna, Selena Gomez, Drew Barrymore, Paris Hilton, Donatella Versace, and more.

As the singer previously confirmed, she walked down the aisle in a custom-made Versace wedding gown. The body-hugging, off-the-shoulder dress featured a high leg slit and a sweeping, dramatic train. Her bridal accessories included a long veil, sheer hand gloves, Stephanie Gottlieb jewelry, and a white choker with a gold pendant. Meanwhile, Asghari opted for a classic black tux, also by Versace.

Throughout the romantic affair, Spears had a total of four outfit changes, which included her wedding dress, a black Versace minidress, a two-tone outfit, and a red-hot fringe minidress.

Spears's home was transformed into a storybook fairy tale for the special day. A white horse-drawn carriage waited outside her front doors, and hundreds of pink and white roses filled the inside of the blush venue tent.

The couple announced their engagement last September after five years of dating. They were first linked in 2016 after they had met on the set of the pop star's music video for "Slumber Party."

"I was like, 'He was really cute, this guy was really cute,' so I called him," Spears recalled of their initial spark during a 2017 radio interview, per People. "He’s just a really fun, funny person."

Last year, when Spears endured a highly publicized legal battle to end her 13-year conservatorship, fans praised Asghari for unflinchingly standing by her side throughout the contentious process.

"This man has been with me through it all," the singer wrote in a Valentine's Day Instagram tribute earlier this year. She added, "I don't know what I would do without him so I think I will keep him around a bit longer."

Asghari has also publicly gushed about his love for Spears. In a 2021 interview with Men's Health, he said, "I just want her to be happy. If something makes her happy, I’ll do it. I’m not going to argue. What’s that saying? 'Happy wife, happy life.'"
