Mercury enters Pisces at the beginning of February, bringing clarity for many. For you, this may mean refocusing on goals that have been pushed to the back burner. Then, mid-month, Mars enters Capricorn and brings an extra dose of drive and determination to all the zodiac signs. Keep reading to see what's in store for your specific sign.

Aquarius (January 20 – February 18)

You're susceptible to some sniffles and sneezes this month, so be extra cautious when you’re out and about. Wash your hands to ward of germs, stay bundled up when you’re in the cold, and if you start feeling sick, don’t push yourself! If you do get sick, rest and recovery is the answer. Take it easy, get lots of sleep, and you’ll feel better before you know it!

Pisces (February 19 – March 20)

Early 2020 has been busy and has taken a lot out of you. The result? Your energy levels will be low this month. Take it as a sign that you need a bit more rest in your life. More than anything, you need to prioritize sleep this month. You’re usually a night owl, but it’s a good idea to set an earlier-than-normal bedtime right now. Need some motivation to pull back the covers early? Consider upgrading your sheets or using a sleep spray to help you doze off.

Aries (March 21 – April 19)

Your energy is sky high for the first half of the month—so take advantage of it! Schedule high-intensity workouts (think bootcamp classes and hot yoga). Toward the end of the month, work stuff will get a bit more intense and you’ll need to devote more of your energy there. But don’t skip out on workouts—you need the physical activity to keep your mind clear! Instead, focus on fitting in quickie sweat sessions, like an easy morning jog or 20-minute on-demand class.

Taurus (April 20 – May 20)

At month’s end, some of your personal relationships may get bumpy. Whether it’s a misunderstanding with your spouse or bickering with family, you’ll feel stressed and drained. Don’t turn to junk food, Taurus! You have a tendency to be an emotional eater. Remember, binging on ice cream or potato chips never makes you feel better—in fact, it makes you feel worse! Anytime you’re tempted, opt for something else to soothe you. Some ideas: Pamper yourself with a manicure or get cozy on the couch and watch a few episodes of your favorite TV show.

Gemini (May 21 – June 20)

January was a big month for you, Gem. You got a lot done and now are feeling pretty tired. Getting to the gym? Yeah, it’s just not in the cards. Rather than pushing yourself and exhausting yourself further, cut yourself some slack. Instead, spend the first few weeks of the month focusing on activities that fill your energy reserves. Download a meditation app (we like Headspace and Calm) or try a restorative yoga class.

Cancer (June 21 – July 22)

Sometimes you are too hard on yourself—and this is one of those times. When it comes to fitness, that can be great because it means you accomplish amazing things, like hitting a personal record while running or lifting heavier weights. But going too hard could also result in injury—something you’re at more of a risk for this month. Instead, think of alternative ways to push yourself. A new type of workout (like TRX!) will feel challenging and likely will utilize new muscles, but because you’re new at it, you are less likely to go past your limit.

Leo (July 32 – August 22)

You are a social butterfly, so it should make you happy that this month will be packed with fun plans—think dinners with friends, work gatherings, and more. While you’re normally a healthy eater, you tend to forget your nutrition rules when you’re out. With so many plans, that could lead to tons of not-so-good-for-you food choices. Set yourself up for success by looking at menus in advance to select the healthy options you can order in the moment. Bonus: Less time focusing on the menu means more time enjoying the people you’re with.

Virgo (August 23 – September 22)

Fastidious Virgos tend to have the diet and exercise thing down. One thing they’re not always so great at: self-care. It’s important to remember that down-time and a little pampering are crucial for your mental health. Work projects are likely to get hectic after the 15th and your stress levels will be high. This is the perfect time to explore the art of decompression. After your workout, head to the sauna at the gym for a bit. Or, rather than turning on the news at night, start one of the novels you've been meaning to crack open. These little moments of quiet will help you feel more energized and rested.

Libra (September 23 – October 22)

Curiosity is one of your inherent traits and, this month, it really shows. Alternative forms of self-care (think acupuncture, sound baths, or cupping) have intrigued you for a while and now just may be the time to try it. See, this month your schedule is fairly open. Translation: You actually have the time to do that diligent research you’re so good at. Look into whatever it is that interests you, find a trustworthy spot to try what intrigues you, and give it a whirl. You may just be surprised at how beneficial you find it.

Scorpio (October 23 – November 21)

Holy smokes, you are driven! That quality is usually great, but it can sometimes transform into unhealthy obsessive behavior—particularly when it comes to diet and exercise. Be particularly careful this month if you made a strict food resolution—like trying keto or some other sort of dietary restriction. As temptations come your way in February, you may start to obsess over sticking to your goal, which will overwhelm you. Remember Scorpio, it’s all about moderation. Sticking to an eating regimen is great, but it shouldn’t rule your life.

Sagittarius (November 22 – December 21)

This month, there is some travel in your cards. For some, that means a big work trip. For others, it could be a weekend road trip to visit family. Whatever it is, travel has a tendency to throw you off your health game. Not only do you have a harder time fitting in workouts when you’re away, you tend to eat like crap, and may screw up your planning and forget things like already-scheduled doctor appointments. Don’t worry, a little pre-planning makes all the difference. Download an on-demand workout app so you can fit in quick sweat sessions from your hotel room. Going on a road trip? Pack a few healthy snacks so you’re not tempted by gas station treats. Finally, be sure to check your calendar and reschedule any appointments right away—if you put it off, you’ll forget!

Capricorn (December 22 – January 19)

Caps just want to have fun. While that’s pretty much true all of the time, it’s even more true in February! You’ll be in a light-hearted, lively mood all month. Capitalize on that amazing energy by planning lots of energetic (healthy!) activities. One weekend, grab your girls and head to one of those trendy trampoline workout classes. Another time, enlist your partner for a private dance lesson. Pairing active moments with the people you love most will fuel your energy even more and make you feel unstoppable.
