  • Henry Cavill has been injured on the set of Netflix's The Witcher. (It's a minor injury, don't worry!)

  • The actor was apparently doing an "assault course" that involved "swinging axes."

Hello, fellow fans of The Witcher—unfortunate news from the set of season 2: Henry Cavill appears to have injured himself, causing production to scramble. According to The Sun, Henry hurt his leg on an "assault course" that somehow involved "swinging axes," throwing production into what the outlet not-at-all dramatically calls "chaos."

"The filming has been hit because of what happened to Henry. He was on an assault course and injured his leg," a source told The Sun. "He just suddenly pulled up and was clearly in a lot of pain. It wasn’t clear if an object had hit his leg or it was some sort of hamstring or muscle injury."

The source added, "It wasn’t bad enough to need an ambulance but it’s messed up the filming schedule as he can’t walk properly. He has to wear heavy armour in the scenes and he just wouldn’t be able to do it with his leg injury."

Meanwhile, Deadline reports that production has been able to continue with Henry sidelined and plans to go on a holiday break in a few weeks.

Here's to hoping Henry gets better soon! Now excuse me whilst I go shout "TOSS A COIN TO YOUR WITCHER" at myself in the mirror.
