Helena Christensen is making a splash with her latest Instagram post.

The 52-year-old supermodel — famed for her fearlessness with wintery temps — has shared footage of her braving the snow to take a dip in an ice-cold creek while wearing nothing but a cream-hued one-piece bodysuit.

"Oh my God!" the Danish-Peruvian beauty, who also works as a photographer and fashion designer, says as she splashes the freezing water over the body, her dog Kuma watching from the snowy banks.

Christensen's post raised many eyebrows, with commenters divided between considering it inspiring or simply ridiculous.

"You are a kook," pal Julianne Moore commented of the icy stunt.

"You have my admiration," wrote Padma Lakshmi. "That’s the [best] thing for circulation but I’d die trying to even get one foot in there!"

"You are a queen!" added Tallulah Willis, daughter of Demi Moore and Bruce Willis.

"So fun," model Amber Valletta commented.

Christensen — who also recently shared a photo of the 21-year-old model son, Mingus, she shares with ex Norman Reedus — isn't the only celebrity who swears by frosty swims. Justin Bieber recently opened up about his daily ice plunges, which health experts say can trigger some anti-inflammatory reactions that improve muscle recovery — though the shock to the system can also pose health risks that are best discussed with a doctor first.
