Heinz Might Be Coming Out With ‘Cravy’ Which Mixes Cranberry Sauce And Gravy In One Jar

I've often wondered what life would be like if we rewrote the status quo and allowed ourselves to eat a full Thanksgiving meal on days that aren't Thanksgiving. I'm unsure if as a society we are ready for that conversation yet, but the potential invention of "Cravy," a topping that combines cranberry sauce and gravy in one jar, may change that.

The official Heinz Twitter account posted a mock-up photo of the condiment and allowed fans and followers to vote: "After a wonderful think session with my friends at @oceansprayinc, we’ve decided to join forces for a flavorful concoction that might add a touch of magic to your meal. What do you say, dear friends? 250,000 ‘Indeed’ votes will make “CRAVY” a reality!" read the tweet, followed by the poll that featured "Indeed!" and "I think not" as the only options.

Of course, the account did tweet this out on April 1, April Fool's Day, but The Takeout reached out and confirmed that the idea of Cravy is very much a real thing. So, yay, I guess! The only bummer is that at the time of publication, about 70 percent of people voted for "I think not," so perhaps we won't be seeing Cravy on grocery store shelves (or our Thanksgiving dinner tables) any time soon.

FWIW, I voted in favor of the combination condiment because I love chaos. And I know for a fact Cravy would take a Thanksgiving leftovers sandwich up a notch.
